What's for Dinner: Cheesy Broccolli and Rice and something YUMMY for dessert!

I had my first real yummy vegan meal at the Farm Sanctuary.  The volunteer coordinator would cook us lunch once a week during our educational meetings and the first week he made this meal and it has been one of my favorites every since.
